If anyone comes across this and has the same question: You must configure two of the four management ports, one from each d3s512. Its odd that you're getting an issue with connecting to it after you did your configuration.
I'm going to try moving the software to a different server as it's on the TSM one right now as I only had 2 FC units attached before but I figure Manaer will try managing them all through IP going forward.
Our WAN is set up so that any site is connectable to any other site but it is routed between sites and I am wondering if that could be the culprit.

I don't actually know how many ports are on it, I am km from the unit and had to walk one of my coworkers through setting it up. We're trying to tie in a DS to our existing storage manager software which runs our DS and DS and the software saw the unit just ibbm when it was in our office for configuration but we took it out to the site that was going to run it and now when we attempt to connect into it via IP it tells us it's an unknown device and stoeage manage it.
Stupid question, I know, but have to ask. Improving the question-asking experience.
